Lemongrass Interiors was founded with a passion for a coastal aesthetic that was clean and understated. It seemed that the majority of furnishings and accessories for beach homes were fussy, dated and predictable. So in 2006, I opened Lemongrass with little more than a spiral notebook and an overdose of optimism that I could provide a great service and produce beautiful beach home interiors. First, I decided that my homes would never be "beach-y", but would always evoke the beach through interesting combinations of colors and materials. The furnishings would also have to be of impeccable quality and durability to withstand the harsher treatment that vacation homes endure. Finally, I wanted the process to be as easy and enjoyable as possible for my clients. Now, after sifting through so many manufacturers and suppliers, I offer to you a selection of my favorite furniture, accessories and gifts so that you may bring a bit of the coast into your home.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, related overhead and other items.

Most purchases, except those requiring in-home (hd) or White Glove (wg) delivery (see below for details) are shipped from our Distribution Center by UPS, to arrive in your home within five business days of order receipt. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Items delivered to U.S. Territories are shipped via Parcel Post. We use Parcel Post to ship to a PO Box, APO or PO address. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous states. Please call our Customer Service department at 850.227.4183 with questions. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky, heavy and may have limited availability, these items have a delivery and processing surcharge. This charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition to the regular delivery and processing charges listed above. Most of these items will ship directly from the manufacturer and will arrive in 4-6 weeks. Once your order is placed, we will confirm an expected ship date for each item.

Items with the symbol (hd) are shipped via standard ground service. Delivery is by appointment - Monday to Saturday - depending on area. The scheduling agent will advise you of the day(s) of the week they will deliver in your area. Our delivery service will call to schedule an appointment within a 4-hour window. With this service, the item is delivered in the manufacturer's packaging to your room of choice. Available in the 48 contiguous states only. Only items with (hd) may be sent via in-home delivery. Items with the symbol (wg) are shipped via white glove ground service. In addition to the features of (hd), white glove ground service (wg) also includes unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal. Only items with (wg) may be sent via white glove delivery.

REFUND POLICY

We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 15 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY. Please note that we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items.
